Cat Island 12" x 12"

Availability: Available to order

This tranquil seascape features golden sandy beaches yielding to a distant azure ocean under delicate silver-tipped clouds.

This particular composition celebrates “Cat Island,” a barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico that was named for raccoons which Spanish explorers mistook for cats.

Today, the island features sandy beaches backed by dense forests of slash pines and live oaks.
