Provide two of the following professional documents by attaching it to your
application or by sending an email to [email protected]:

Current business or state professional license, in a residential or commercial design-
based business or the hospitality industry

Interior Design certification (e.g. NCIDQ, CCIDC) if applicable

Business card indicating design profession

Minimum of 3 trade references
